Initial Consultation

  • We’re eager to grasp your aspirations and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
  • Next, we’ll take a look at your health history to identify any issues that might interfere with or complicate the therapy.

Preparing you for the session

  • Our skilled therapist will guide you to our CryoSpa room.
  • You’ll be asked to switch from your regular attire to comfortable clothing that aligns with our dress code.
  • All jewelry and metal accessories need to be taken off and placed in the locker.
  • You need to ensure that you are entirely dry.
  • You can now wear your robe and use the buzzer to signal the therapist to enter the room.
  • The therapist will kindly remind you once more to check for any metals or ornaments.

Starting your session

  • Once you feel at ease, the therapist will welcome you into the chamber.
  • Upon entering, the chamber floor will rise to ensure your head and neck are above the chamber, facilitating clear communication between you and the therapist.
  • You can now take off your robe and pass it to the therapist to ensure optimal skin exposure.
  • The therapist will explain the protocols and the sequence of the therapy to you.
  • Once you’re prepared, the session commences with cool air entering the chamber.
 

During the Session

  • Feel free to move around the chamber to warm up at your own pace.
  • The therapist maintains visual contact with you throughout the session and engages in continuous interaction.
  • Once the session concludes, the chamber floor will revert to its original position.
  • The therapist will give you the robe so you can leave the chamber.

Post your session

  • To hasten the increase in temperature, it is advisable to engage in light cardio exercise for approximately 10 minutes.
  • To warm up quickly, it’s a good idea to do some light cardio exercise for about 10 minutes.

Cryotherapy isn’t about testing your endurance in cold temperatures. It’s a comprehensive therapy aimed at enhancing your overall well-being. We strongly believe that you understand your body best. Therefore, if you ever feel uncomfortable at any point during the session, please inform the therapist, and the session can be halted immediately. You’re always in control of the session, as the chamber door is never locked.

Dress Code

  • Men should wear comfortable shorts without any metal objects or innerwear.
  • For women, it is recommended to wear a sports bra or half tank top along with comfortable shorts free from any metal objects or innerwear.
  • Socks and gloves are provided for the protection of your hands and feet.
  • You will be provided with a robe for moving around inside the room.
